Esther is ISTQB certified and a passionate advocate for diversity in tech. Through initiatives like She Code Africa, Bug Detective, and her platform, Tester Connect, she has trained and mentored over 100 women in tech, empowering them to break into and thrive in the QA field.

Her unique perspective offers valuable insight into the evolving landscape of software testing. Esther has also authored multiple educational blog posts that serve as practical guides for QA professionals, helping them navigate everyday challenges and elevate their craft.

As an instructor, she brings a hands-on, supportive approach to teaching, blending real-world examples with actionable strategies to ensure her students succeed.
