Delivered over three months, the Business Analysis course takes students through a structured learning journey. In the first phase, students learn the principles of business analysis and how to identify organisational needs. The final phase focuses on applying these skills in practical settings, covering solution evaluation, change management, and tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, and JIRA.
