Overview
Over the course duration, learners will gain fluency in applying design thinking principles, synthesising user research into actionable insights, and translating those insights into personas, journey maps, and validated design concepts. Students will practise ideation through sketching and low-fidelity wireframing, advance to creating accessible and visually appealing UI components, and utilise tools like Figma to produce high-fidelity prototypes. A strong emphasis is placed on usability testing and iterative design, ensuring that students can gather feedback and refine their solutions effectively. The course also trains students to collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams, mirroring real-world digital product workflows.
