1. Introduction
Welcome to Branxl Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, access to our courses, participation in learning activities, and all related services. By using this website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Our” – Refers to Branxl Academy
“You,” “User,” “Learner,” “Student” – Refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.
“Services” – Includes our website, courses, training materials, support, and communications.

4. Course Enrolment and Access
- Course enrolment is complete upon full or agreed-upon partial payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter course content, instructors, or schedules as needed.
- Access to online learning platforms, live sessions, and downloadable materials will be provided during the course timeline only.
- Course access may be revoked in cases of non-compliance, plagiarism, disruptive conduct, or breach of these terms.
5. Fees and Payment
- All course fees are clearly stated and must be paid in full (or via an agreed payment plan) before access is granted.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, confirmed enrollments will not be affected.
- If a payment plan is offered, failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or loss of course access.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- We offer a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the course start date, provided that the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content (where applicable).
- To request a refund, please contact us in writing at hello@branxlacademy.com within the 7-day window.
- After the 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, and full course fees will remain due if the student is on a payment plan.
- In the unlikely event that Branxl Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including videos, guides, templates, designs, code, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Branxl Academy and are protected by copyright.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the materials during the course.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share any course content outside of your personal use without written permission.
8. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the website in a lawful, respectful, and manner that does not impair its availability to others.
- You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses or harmful code, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other learners’ data.
9. User Conduct
As a learner at Branxl Academy, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully in discussions, projects, and live sessions.
- Submit your own original work for assessments or projects.
- Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour towards staff or peers.
- Not share your login credentials or allow others to access your student account.

While we strive to ensure our content is accurate and beneficial, Branxl Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or employment results from completing our courses.
To the extent permitted by law, Branxl Academy will not be liable for any:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Loss of income, opportunity, or business.
- Technical issues or platform interruptions beyond our control.
- Our total liability in respect of any claims will not exceed the total course fees paid by the student.

Some course components may require access to third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Figma, GitHub, AWS). You are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of those external providers.
13. Testimonials and Content Sharing
If you provide a testimonial, project, or feedback, you grant Branxl Academy permission to display it on our website or promotional materials, unless you opt out in writing.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
